Once customer takes possession of equipment, they are completely responsible for the items rented. Customers will be charged for any damaged, burned, broken or missing items regardless of cause. This includes any damaged or missing containers, boxes and crates that the supplies arrived in. 

Items should be returned in the quality they were delivered in. This means, there should be no candle wax, paint, tape, or glue on linens. Any glitter or decoration that was used on linens should not be tossed in the containers upon return.
